Measuring Gravity in a Lab

Here’s an interesting video where someone is attempting to measure the force of gravity in a lab environment. To me, it lends credence to the varysium material found in my AlCent Sagas novel series, as well as in the novel Seed of Aldebaran. In these stories, varysium is an ultra dense material found only on the planet AlCent B1 and is used for artificial gravity on space stations and warships throughout the Earth colonies in the Alpha Centauri star system. It was originally star material blown off by Alpha Centauri eons ago and was discovered by the colonists who settled planet AlCent B1. Control of the mining production is what initiates the conflict in the story. Have a look at the video and tell me what you think!
