Hello, everyone! I’m back from the Enchantment Con which was held at the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL! We had a blast and it was good meeting so many new fans and friends. But it was a hot one, as lightning had struck the building two days before knocking out the air conditioning. But everyone still had a great time. (You know what fun-loving people the con-goers are!) I was able to sell a lot of books off the table, and sold many more eBooks and audio books from the QR codes provided.

The Glass Factory was a great venue with lots of space and a ton of vendors with cool stuff. It had once been a real glass factory but had been renovated for events like the con. The building had real character and parking was good. The organizers even had headphones available so attendees could go around to the different realms (Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Anime, etc.) and hear music, sound effects, and much more for a truly immersive experience.

We were proud to show our “No AI” notice, as the novels, cover art, and audio book narration was 100% human generated!

I even had a special guest! The world famous R2-D2 showed up and took a particular interest in my novels! He allowed a photo with me, and then bought one of each of my novels displayed on the tables! I wish I had a photo of him carrying away two bags of my books attached to the front of his hull. (True story!)

It was a long day with the heat, but a very happy and satisfying one! I can’t wait to attend next year. I hope you can make it, or even meet me at another one of the many Cons I will be attending this year. I’ll post details very soon.
