Hello again, Everyone and a hearty welcome to my new subscribers! This past weekend we were at the 2025 EnchantmentCon in Jacksonville, FL and it was great. The hours were different this year and they added an extra day, but the venue was at the same awesome “Glass Factory” as last year.

In fact, I was at the exact same location as last year which proved lucky for me.

Neil and his team put on a great show and this year’s Enchantment Con was no exception. There were lots of things to explore and some great activities. Including a fight between a superhero and a Chinese tiger!

There was even a dinosaur park to thrill the fans.

And there were many people in cosplay gear to add to the fun.

But the biggest thrills for me were readers who I’d met last year to buy more of my books! Often they had bought AlCent Sagas: Book One – Formation and would come back for the rest of the series! I work for years on these novels and I think they are good, but there’s nothing like fans coming back to buy more. For me, that is the most satisfying part of writing.

Unfortunately, the cold and often rainy weather kept some of the foot traffic away, but you know me and my pitch for my books! Not only was I blessed to have returning fans, but many new readers found my stories interesting and decided to take a chance on my work. It turned out to be one of the best events for me this year. I hope to see many returning fans next year.
